Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering for any customer experience trial. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you hereby confirm you will adhere to HSE Policies and Compliance of the construction site, and abide by the following rules and regulations.
All ages are allowed to participate, for those under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
You agree not to publish or release any photograph, video, news item, article, publication, advertisement, prepared speech or any other information or material, that is not your own intellectual property, pertaining to any part of the trials. This includes any coverage of parties such as ISS and Royal Oman Police. You may keep your mobile phone with you during the trial to take photos and videos of your experience, however, any violation or misuse of social media or transmit, are not permitted.
Briefings on trial proceedings will only be conducted in Arabic and English. To ensure seamless execution of the trials, you should have a good understanding of Arabic or English language to follow the instructions provided by our coordinators.
You might be required to walk long distances in the terminal throughout the trial day. For safety reasons, we advise that you should not have any physical limitation that will prevent you to leave the terminal building in case of any emergency.
*Trials for members of public with physical disabilities will be conducted on dedicated trial days where additional resources will be deployed to ensure the well-being of the volunteers. You can email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicate your interest.
Official photographers / videographers will be engaged by Oman Airports Management Company and you might be captured in these photos or videos. You agree to allow Oman Airports Management Company to use any of the photos and videos for any publicity or other purposes.
You must only travel to the new Airport via the designated bus organized for you. The bus will depart from the new Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre and will be the only approved form of transport to enter the new Airport. Please do not travel in your own vehicle, as you will not be granted access.
All participants are allowed to enter the prize draws, with one entry per person only. OAMC on its own discretion reserves the right to announce the gifts, lucky draws winners on the day itself and entitles to withdraw the same on its own discretion. All OAMC staff and direct Stakeholders are not eligible to participate in any of the lucky draws, raffles or be entitled for gifts.
Mislead fellow Trial Passengers to be a hindrance in others’ roles. Misuse any item of property, equipment, passes, PPE or any materials. Carry out any misconduct or poor behavior during Trials.
